Marketing & Fund Development Coordinator – #4797 – A
A well established not-for-profit organization seeks a professional Marketing and Fund Development Coordinator to assist in the overall development of the 2018 strategic planning of community support programs. This position offers part time hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm as well as some evening and weekend committee meetings and various events (approximately 25 hours per week)
- All aspects of detailed strategic planning
- Overall implementation and facilitation of organizational marketing and fundraising events
- Maintaining stewardship
- Key communications and follow up reporting with all community partnerships
- Mapping and recording all business collaborations
- Post secondary degree or diploma in marketing, fund development, current working experience within a non profit environment, community engagement management or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines
- Must demonstrate a high degree of computer skills, active user and experience in managing various social media programs
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal & presentation skills; ability to speak with groups of people in a variety of settings
- Coordination and facilitation of community partnerships and collaborations for advancement of organizational programs
- Ability to work independently on various tasks, as well as the flexibility to work within various diverse team environments
