Personal Attendant – #4749 -S
A woman living with a disability requires a Personal Attendant in a rural Grimsby private home in order to assist her with remaining independence. The woman lives with her husband and a large friendly dog, no children. This is part time work during weekdays. Preference is to hire a female attendant.
Duties may include non-medical personal support services, R.O.M. (Range of Motion), meal prep, light housekeeping, and occasional assistance to attend appointments.
Previous experience working with people with disabilities or seniors would be an asset. Vulnerable Sector Search Police Clearance and Health Certificate are a condition of employment.
The successful candidate should be a non-smoker who likes dogs and has a valid drivers licence. They should also be able to provide 2 working references.
