Beverly Tire & Auto in Hamilton is seeking an EXPERIENCED Service Writer to join their TEAM!!

This position will be at one of the Hamilton locations. They are seeking a talented and motivated Service Writer who is service orientated, someone that is considering this their career.

The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to customers about there service needs, able to understand cars and how they work, able to build value in the services related to the auto industry, we have a strong customer base looking for the right person to help build more value for our customers to return to us.

Duties:
  • Writing work orders
  • Run a Preventive Maintenance report
  • Explain to the customer what this is and how by not doing any maintenance how this could affect them ongoing, providing estimates on service recommendations.
  • Building customer value on coming to our shop, knowing how to make a difference to each customer to satisfy they needs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the Auto Service sector
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Most important is knowing how to provide the WOW factor on each car in the shop
