Customer Care Technician – #6546 – L
We are looking for highly skilled and personable Service Technicians with strong work ethics that can meet tight timelines and interact with homeowners/trades.
- Must be knowledgeable about every aspect of new home construction
- Previous experience working for a home builder is a MUST
- Must be multi-talented to perform minor repairs of any nature thereby avoiding costly PO’s to sub-trades
- Must have strong trouble-shooting skills related to the structure/building components
- Must possess/display a confident, approachable and respectable appearance
- Conduct P.D.I. inspections/orientations with purchasers
- Conduct internal inspection of units prior to P.D.I. and report any deficiencies to Service Manager
- Assess and/or assign deficiencies to applicable trades or staff
- Complete 30 day and year-end service request list in appropriate time-frame
- Be available for after-hours emergency calls
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for every purchaser
- Must be familiar with all Tarion guidelines and strive to exceed them whenever possible
- Inform and educate purchasers on their new home and the systems within their unit
- Must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Must have team mentality and work well with all Trade partners and staff
- Represent home builder in a helpful and positive manner
- Complete any “in house” repairs (i.e. head office, sales office, etc.)
