Office Administrative Assistant – #6454 – A
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client appointments, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Answer a large volume of phone calls and identify and assess customers' needs with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the client regarding their appointments and the advice on pest control and tree service
- Able to schedule jobs taking into consideration travel time between clients
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Assist with handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follow-up to ensure resolution
- Diffuse and resolve various volatile customer situations and alternatives within time limits
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
- Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete routine procedures
- Maintain and update website, social media and LinkedIn profile
- Create captivating posts with hashtags
- Take engaging and appropriate photos in the field for the various social media platforms
- Design and create flyer layouts professionally
- Assist with bookkeeping and filing including updating accounts receivable and accounts payable
Working Conditions
- This is an office job that requires the ability to sit for at minimum 7.5 hours
- The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work in the field if needed

- G Licence - must provide driver's abstract upon hire
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- 3-5 years work experience in a similar role
