Harbison Walker is an international leader in the supply of refractories products and services located in Smithville, and is looking to add to their labour force. This position has both day and afternoon shifts available. It starts at a very generous wage of $20.03/hour, with the opportunity for increases.
Duties:
- General cleaning of the plant
- Stacking bags of product
- Lifting items for sorting
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Willingness to perform manual labour
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work full time
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), bend, stack and reach
- Grade 12 education is preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of refractories and aggregate product is an asset
