Hidden Bench Vineyards & Winery

Hidden Bench Estate Winery is a small premium wine producer situated on the Beamsville Bench, Ontario. Our critically acclaimed wines are produced with focused attention to detail from vineyard to bottle. Our team is looking for a highly motivated and focused individual with a passionate desire to help grow and expand our retail business.

We are looking for a sales focused individual with a can-do attitude to assist in the store as well as other duties. This position entails weekend work and some holidays.

Duties:

This role will best fit the individual who thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serving customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Support of order fulfillment
  • On-going maintenance of products and inventory
  • Back of house support for the retail space
Requirements:

Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, the candidate will have/possess:

  • An energetic, positive personality with some experience in wine or hospitality
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Interest in the wine industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to lift 40lbs
  • French speaking an advantage
  • Formal wine training (WSET, ISG, CAPS etc) an advantage
