Intuitive Shipping Inc. is expanding our Customer Success team! If you love logic puzzles, interacting with people (virtually), and enjoy puns, this is the role for you.
Our Customer Success Agents play a critical role in ensuring an efficient and successful onboarding journey for our customers.
- Assisting with general inquiries of the function of the Intuitive Shipping, Smart Boxing, and Automate Shipping Profiles apps
- Acquiring a general basic knowledge of the functions of supported platform shipping functions
- Answering troubleshooting questions to assist with setting up shipping rates, identifying technical issues, and problem-solving with merchant-defined logic
- Providing web conferencing support with screen sharing to provide demonstrations of the Intuitive Shipping platform and to assist with technical support in a closed environment
- Provide follow-up messaging with previously assisted clients/merchants to provide ongoing support, build relationships with the merchants, and build support for the app
- Laughing at the continuous supply of jokes in our internal chats and responding in-jokes where pertinent.
- Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are currently a remote organization.
- Regular work hours are Monday-Friday, 12-8 EST, with some weekends required. During the training period, work hours will be - Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST.
