With over 20 years of experience repairing and maintaining all makes and models of passenger cars and light trucks, Kevin’s Mobile Repair also service commercial vehicles including cube vans in addition to providing fleet maintenance services. Their team of automotive enthusiasts are also ready to help you with your performance modifications and custom fabrication. Kevin’s Mobile Repair is currently looking for a full time mechanic to add to their team.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotation and brakes
- Use computerized scanning and diagnostics equipment; inspect components to diagnose malfunctions
- Examine vehicles assigned to determine if additional maintenance or safety work is required
- Move tools, equipment and other materials
- Use hand, air and power tools as well as other specialized automotive repair equipment
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Perform miscellaneous labour activities
- Road test vehicles
- Assist other mechanics
Requirements:
- 1-3 years automotive experience and/or open to apprenticeship
- Must have own basic tools
- Steel toe boots
- Must have own transportation
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s licence
- Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail
