Kluz Inc. is a dynamically growing landscaping business operating in the whole region of Niagara. They currently have a number of contracts within Smithville and are looking to hire a Landscape Foreperson to oversee a team of Landscapers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and have a direct impact on their business.
Duties:
- Lead a team of 2-3 landscapers
- Operate skid steers and other equipment required to grade land for sodding
- Lay sod
- Plant trees
- Construct fencing
- Lay interlocking brick
- Coordinate schedules
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience landscaping
- Heavy equipment operators licence
- Experience and confidence operating skid steers and other equipment
- Ability to lead and coordinate small teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Confident leadership skills
