Are you a self-motivated, customer focused individual looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your skills?
A local winery is seeking a Retail and Wine Consultant with exceptional interpersonal skills and solid computer skills to assist them with their retail shop.
This position offers part time hours, likely 3-5 days per week including weekends with potential for full time.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Retail wine sales
- Process cash & debit transactions
- Lead wine tours and tastings and answer guest questions
- Restock shelve with product
- General maintenance of store
- Some computer work as required
Requirements:
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Previous experience an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Professional and outgoing
- Self motivated and willing to take initiative
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
