Limestone Trail is an established manufacturer of beautiful garden buildings. We require an enthusiastic, flexible, team player with basic woodworking/carpentry/construction experience that likes to work outside. The right candidate will have great attention to detail and will be customer focused.
This position offers part to full time, seasonal employment with flexible hours, usually Monday to Friday and possible overtime.
Duties:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood or wood substitutes or lightweight steel
- Build foundations
- Install beams
- Lay subflooring
- Erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, mouldings and hardware
- Able to work outdoors, physically demanding, bending, crouching and kneeling
Requirements:
- Experience an asset but not a requirement
- Familiar with the use of hand tools to install, repair and service prefabricated products
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Woodworking and carpentry knowledge, an asset
- Valid Driver's licence (will be subject to abstract check)
- Steel toe safety boots required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail oriented
