Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Gardener to join our team and help maintain the natural beauty of our winery and vineyard properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating welcoming outdoor spaces, enjoys working outdoors in all seasons, and is comfortable supporting a variety of property care tasks as needed. This role reports to our Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the gardens, grounds, and landscaped areas across both the winery and our sister property.
• Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and other ornamental plants to ensure vibrant, healthy outdoor spaces.
• Perform regular weeding, pruning, mowing, trimming, and overall lawn/plant maintenance.
• Complete snow removal tasks during winter, including plowing, shoveling, and monitoring walkways for safety.
• Assist with property preparation for special events, including outdoor setup and seasonal décor.
• Maintain driveways and outdoor pathways, ensuring all areas remain tidy, functional, and guest ready.
• Support vineyard operations as required, such as seasonal pruning and other hands-on tasks.
• Help with general property maintenance and upkeep across all properties.

Compensation
We offer competitive wages ($22-$24/hr based on experience), performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and coverage of business-related expenses.
