Millen’s Home Improvements in Wellandport is currently looking to hire 1-2 people to grow and learn with the company. They specialize in installation of windows, siding and doors, but also perform interior renovations as well. They are looking for someone who is willing to learn the trades and grow with the company.
Duties:
- Installation of windows, siding and doors
- Measuring, cutting and preparation
- Following instructions during the installation process
- Maintaining a safe and clean work site
- Cleaning the work site
- Operating hand and power tools
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience is an asset, but general construction knowledge is acceptable
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Own transportation is necessary due to travel requirements
- Working at heights training is an asset, but employer is willing to provide
- Keen work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the job
- Steel toe safety boots
