National Socket Screw in Beamsville is hiring for a Customer Service & Office Administration role. This position offers part time hours, 2-1/2 to 3 days per week.
- Answer customers' inquiries by telephone or email
- Inside sales
- Quote and process orders for customers
- Schedule drivers, couriers and transports
- Prepare courier shipments
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Filing and data entry
- Document management
- Prepare excel spreadsheets
- Fax and email information
- Maintain Social media updates
- Create newsletters and blog posts
- Must have practical B2B office experience for at least 3 years
- Must have previous office customer service experience
- Must have experience quoting and selling inventory in a manufacturing environment
- Looking to work in a small office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn customized software programs
- Post secondary education preferred
- Must be accurate with attention to detail
- Able to lift 35 lbs or 16 kg
- Possess a valid Drivers License with clean abstract
- Able to pass a background check
- Available to work a minimum of 20-24 hours per week
