National Socket Screw Mfg. Ltd is hiring for a part-time Customer Service and Office Administration role.
Hours: 20-24 hours per week. Hours may be flexible.
- Answer customers’ inquiries by telephone or email
- Inside sales
- Quote and process orders for customers
- Schedule drivers, couriers and transports
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Filing and data entry
- Document management
- Prepare excel spreadsheets
- Fax and email information
- Maintain Social media updates
- Create newsletters and blog posts
- Must have practical office experience for at least 3 years
- Must have previous inventory based B2B experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn customized software programs
- Post secondary education preferred
- Must be accurate with attention to detail
- Able to lift 35 lbs or 16 kg
- Possess a valid Drivers License with clean abstract
