A local contractor specializing in framing new construction homes, is currently looking to hire an experienced Framer to join their team.
Duties:
- Use of pneumatic nail guns, circular saws, reciprocating saws, drills and other hand tools
- Framing floors, walls and roof systems to complete new residential house frames throughout Niagara Region
- Maintaining a safe work site
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience is required
- Possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to perform physically demanding labour; lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.
- Able to work at heights; trained in fall arrest and travel restraint systems
