Bilingual (French) Supervisor – #6070 – A
As a Bilingual Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible to effectively supervise a team of 10 remotely. Effectively manage and maintain productivity through specific reporting tools. As well as, provide on-going employee development for a major Consumer Relations program, the candidate must be driven, organized, have call center and supervisory experience as well as the ability to process and apply new skills and concepts quickly.
- Must speak fluently in both English and French
- Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft tools, Microsoft outlook and Excel
- Must have the ability to manage diverse personalities constructively
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively multitask, prioritize workload and work effectively under work related pressure
- Must be able to work self-directed
- Must have internet service with a minimum of 25 megs, homeowner/content insurance and a quiet place to work
