Senior Office Administrative Assistant -#7146 – A
We are looking for a mature, experienced and professional Senior Office Administrative Assistant. This position offers part time hours, 23-25 hours/week to start with the potential for full time hours. Days of work are Monday-Friday. Wage will be determined based on experience plus a bonus structure.
- Personable with professional telephone etiquette to answer phone and relay message
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Complete Client Service with assistance via video conferencing calls
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Follow established office procedures and routines
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Languages -English
Education - College/University
Experience -5 years or more
Specific Skills:
Proficient in business equipment and computer applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
Area of Specialization:
- Detailed Customer Service

- Correspondence Security and Safety - Criminal record check required
- Own transportation with own vehicle & a valid Driver's License
