We are looking for a mature, experienced and professional Senior Office Administrative Assistant. This position offers part time hours, 23-25 hours/week to start with the potential for full time hours. Days of work are Monday-Friday. Wage will be determined based on experience plus a bonus structure.

Duties:
  •  Personable with professional telephone etiquette to answer phone and relay message
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Complete Client Service with assistance via video conferencing calls
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Follow established office procedures and routines
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Requirements:

Languages -English

Education - College/University

Experience -5 years or more

Specific Skills:

  • Proficient in business equipment and computer applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office

Area of Specialization:

  • Detailed Customer Service
  • Reports and records
  • Correspondence Security and Safety - Criminal record check required
  • Own transportation with own vehicle & a  valid Driver's License
