Duties:
- Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand related to the landscape gardening industry
- The position of Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand will involve assisting in the daily management of maintenance projects for Oakridge Landscape Contractors
- This position also includes the use of numerous types of related equipment
- Assisting foreperson in managing a crew of 3-5 people
- Mowing grass
- Flower bed maintenance
- Pulling weeds
- Trimming
- Raking
- Pruning
- On occasion, drive company pickup and trailer
Requirements:
- Valid "G" Driver’s License is required
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- 3-5 years of field experience
- Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work long hours
- Tolerance to various weather conditions
