Patio Plus & The Pool Place, a local business specializing in the installation of pools to maintenance free landscaping, is looking to hire a Retail Associate. You will be the first person our customer will see and a huge part of our team with your ability to drive retail success and maintain exceptional customer support.
Duties:
- Provide customer support to new and existing customers
- Handle cash, credit and debit transactions with accuracy
- Maintain inventory
- Assist with water quality testing
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills; able to communicate and interact effectively with customers and coworkers
- Experience and proficiency in MS Excel; Publisher an asset; Social Media an asset
- Retail sales experience required; willing to learn about the product
- Possess a positive and professional demeanour
- Strong math skills an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Drivers licence/transportation
- Able to multi-task
- Flexibility to work in Smithville and Dunnville
