At Premium Hearing Clinic, we are focused on identifying, educating and assisting persons who are affected by hearing loss. We are looking to hire an Office Administrator for our busy Beamsville location.
This part time position offers 10-15 hours a week.
- Welcoming patients
- Scheduling appointments, annual check-ups
- Answering incoming phone calls, check phone messages
- Physician correspondence via sending over fax report
- Answering general patient questions pertaining to hearing aids, ear wax removal, batteries
- Manage data entry and other record keeping tasks
- Collecting and posting payments
- Check-in and check out processes, creating invoices through the software and taking payments from patients
- Receiving hearing aids orders in system with serial numbers, warranty dates
- Preparing and organizing patient files
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Maintain office environment; light cleaning (vacuuming and wiping down phones, counters)
- Previous administrative office experience, an asset
- Able to effectively communicate over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Provides exceptional client services
- Accurately enter product serial numbers into software
- Attention to detail when maintaining client accounts and outstanding payments
- Contributes strategies for delivering excellent client services
