The Detailer/Tractor Driver is responsible for ensuring the detail bays are organized and full. When not operating a tractor, the candidate will be assisting the detailing team.

Duties:
  • Operate tractor to deliver units to desired locations in lot and detailing bays, and assist with loading and unloading of units or products
  • Assist the detailing team to enhances the appearance of RVs to increase their sale value or readies a unit for customer pick up by washing the units using various cleaning solutions, equipment and machines
  • Paints frames, hitches, steps and jacks
  • Adds/removes decals, removes and re-applies sealants, minor cosmetic repairs (including moldings, fender skirts and other general appearance items
  • Ensure cleaning supply containers are filled and ready for use and are following all WHMIS requirements
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off site training as required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean drivers abstract
  • Previous experience operating tractors and/or heavy equipment is considered an asset
  • Self-directed initiative, ability to work with limited supervision and able to see the job through
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • High levels of manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination and heavy lifting may be required
  • Excellent communication skills - must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in English
  • Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
