Sitel St. Catharines wants you! We are hiring permanent full-time Customer Service Reps to support a well-known mobility company.

This is an onsite position with the potential to temporarily work from home after training and transition. While working on site, the health and safety of our team is our highest priority. We have implemented the following:

• All associates complete a daily Health and Wellness Survey prior to the start of their shift

• Temperature Checks are required for all individuals entering the building

• Masks are required in all common areas while onsite

• Increased cleaning of all high touch surfaces is in effect

Duties:
  • WOW Customers over the phone, online chat, or email
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Enthusiasm and a Be BOLD attitude with great customer service skills
  • A problem solver with keen attention to detail
  • A WORK Together approach with open communication, excellence in service, integrity, and accountability
  • Knows how to address customer concerns creatively and share feedback with other teammates
  • Build TRUST by working as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied

 

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Post-Secondary Education an asset
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
