Lube Technician – #4633 – T

A small garage in the Smithville area is currently seeking a part time Lube Technician. The ideal candidate should possess a background and passion for working in the automotive industry. The position requires working Monday to Friday noon – 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am – noon.
Duties:
- Perform oil changes, wash windows, check tires, top up fluids, perform transmission and radiator flushes
- Perform inspections and report any repairs required to customers
- Perform exhaust work, including welding and pipebending
Requirements:
- Previous experience performing oil changes
- Valid driver's licence and experience operating manual transmission vehicles
- Clean driver's abstract
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and service
- Previous welding experience is an asset
