Sobeys Beamsville is actively seeking Deli Clerks. This position offers either part time or full time hours. The ideal candidate must be available to work various days and hours throughout the week including evenings, days and weekends.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers as needed
- Follow safe food handling processes and procedures
- Restock cooler and move product; discard expired product
- Maintain a clean and orderly work station
- Slice and package various deli meats and products
- Run production sheets
- Clean and sanitize work station in compliance with safety and sanitation processes
Requirements:
- Safe Food Handling certificate, an asset
- WHMIS training, an asset
- Health & Safety training, an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Retail experience, an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
