Sobeys in Beamsville has openings for Cashiers. This position offers part time hours. The ideal candidate must be available to work various days and hours throughout the week Monday to Sunday including days, evenings and weekends.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Count money in cash drawer at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Cashing out customers
- Handling cash, credit and debit transactions
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to perform accurately in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Cashier experience is an asset
- Smart Serve certificate, an asset
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
