General Labourer – #4555 – L

A concrete company, based out of St. Catharines, is seeking full time labourers to join their busy team.
Duties:
- Drilling holes in concrete
- Mixing concrete slurry solution
- Hydraulically filling voids under concrete
- Maintaining equipment and cleaning up job location
- Billing and collecting customer’s payment are also required
Requirements:
- 1 year general labour experience is preferred, company will train the right candidate
- Experience using hand tolls preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, lifting is a regular activity
- Good verbal communications skills (English) for dealing with customers and billing
- Must have steel toed boots (green seal CSA approved)
- Valid driver’s licence and proficiency in driving truck with trailer
- Safety is upmost importance, must work within safe parameters and follow instructions for safe work practices
- Ability to work outside in summer weather conditions
- Must ensure work areas is clean and efficiently restored to before work condition on completion of job
- Hours of work are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday
- Must not be returning to school in September as season begins in March and possibly goes through to December, (Weather permitting)
- Hard worker, very dependable, get the job done safely, accurately, with minimum disruption to customer
