They are a growing company with stability and opportunity for advancement for qualified candidates. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to several key accounts
- Provide a full-service experience to our customers including answering phones, working with new art, entering orders, submitting production orders to the floor, invoicing and filing
- Working closely with our sales, production and shipping teams to ensure customers’ needs are met and exceeded
- Three or more years in a customer service oriented role
- Proficient with word, excel and power point
- Accuracy and attention to detail in every aspect of work
- Proven track record of good attendance, reliability and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well under pressure
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks
