A local janitorial and maintenance company, is currently seeking Janitorial Staff to join their team. These positions offer both full or part time hours, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
Duties:
- Work in multiple building sites
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
- Clean lobby areas
- Empty and sanitize all waste receptacle bins
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and laundry facilities
- Wipe down wall surfaces when required
- Dust all flat surfaces regularly
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning duties
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Minimum of 6 months previous cleaning experience
- Own reliable transportation to drive from site to site
