A local grounds maintenance company responsible for maintaining cemetery grounds is looking for someone to join their team. This position is ideal for a student looking to work full time this summer. The role will begin immediately and run until Labour Day weekend.
Duties:
- Daily cutting of the lawn throughout the grounds
- Trimming of trees, shrubs and bushes
- Gardening around the grounds
- Weeding of the gardens
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid drivers licence (G2 is acceptable)
- Comfortable operating a ride on lawnmower
- Weekday availability from 8am to 4:30pm
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Farm experience is preferred, but not mandatory
