NorStar Windows & Doors Ltd.

NorStar Windows & Doors Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time Window Assembler to assist in the manufacturing of window and door components at their production facility in Stoney Creek Ontario.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM (Straight Days)

 

Duties:
  • Install glass into window and door frames
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • Perform basic assembly of a variety of parts and components
  • Flexible to assist with other duties which may arise
  • Positive attitude and work in team environment
Requirements:
  • Experience in vinyl window manufacturing. (Will be required to cut, punch, weld, assemble hardware, glaze, etc)
  • Hard-working and punctual
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Position is available for immediate start
  • Window and door manufacturing experience/knowledge is essential
