Stranges & Associates
Centrally located between Niagara and Hamilton, Stranges & Associates provides bookkeeping services, corporate tax preparation and income tax filing. We also offer a full range of office supplies.
Currently they are looking to add a full time Office Admin to their team.
This position provides full time hours Monday to Friday 9-5 in the Smithville location.
- Client interaction; greeting clients and customers
- Office supply store sales
- Office supply inventory ordering and managing
- Answer phones and directly calls as required
- Minor bookkeeping, mainly Excel sheets
- Other duties as required such has helping to maintain a clean and organized work space
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Strong communication skills including both written and verbal
- Ability to multi task
- Team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision
