Job Summary
Tecvalco Ltd. is currently recruiting an HR Clerk to join our growing team at our Niagara Falls, ON location! The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with creating, implementation, and management of human resources processes.
- Maintain an accurate record of vacation schedule for all employees
- Keep track of all missed days of employees
- Keep a running record of vehicle maintenance and usage
- Maintain training database
- Assist in the hiring process by reviewing applications for new or existing positions within the company
- Maintain up-to-date employee information
- Assist with the creation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct job analyses with employees to ensure all involved understand employees’ roles and responsibilities
- Assist with the development and tracking of KPI's
- Conduct research on new or changing HR trends
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent experience; at least 1 year
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to deal with stressful situations in a diplomatic and constructive manner
