Since 1998, when we opened our Niagara farm, home and hearts to our guests, The Good Earth Food and Wine Co. has been a haven for discerning food and wine lovers and an oasis for the senses. Our gardens, orchards and vineyards provide a spectacular backdrop for wine and culinary experiences that reflect all the good things the earth has to offer.
Currently we are hiring 1 to 2 Dishwashers. This position is Monday, Tuesday & Friday with the occasional weekend.
Duties:
- Loading and unloading dish washing machines
- Washing specific items by hand
- Storing clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Ensuring there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
- Maintaining and informing the Chef or Cooks of low supplies or detergents
- Removal of waste as requested by Chef
- Assist with other requests from the kitchen and retail brigade
Requirements:
- Some experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred
- We will train if you are eager and have no experience
- Must have own transportation to and from work
