The Restaurant at Redstone

The Restaurant at Redstone

About Us

Redstone Winery is the latest venture by Moray Tawse and his award-winning winemaking team. Named for its red clay soil and large stones, the 38-acre Lincoln Lakeshore property was purchased in 2009 and is home to a newly opened hospitality centre and a locally-inspired restaurant. For more information about Redstone Winery, please visit http://redstonewines.ca.

The 38 acre estate vineyard, farmed organically and bio-dynamically is perfect for maturing late-ripening varietals including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Pinot Gris is also grown on the estate. Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from the Limestone Vineyard rounds out the estate portfolio.
