Turkstra Modular Builders has been designing and building commercial and municipal office buildings for customers across Canada since 1995. Turkstra is a Design/Build construction company. We create structures with functional office environments such as healthcare facilities, schools, cafeterias, banks, police stations and manufacturing plants. We are currently seeking Framing/Carpentry Labourers.
This position offers full time hours.
Duties:
- Framing floors, walls and roof systems to complete new commercial frames
- Use of pneumatic nail guns, circular saws, drills and other hand tools
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous construction and framing experience
- Positive attitude; works well with others
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform physically demanding labour
- Valid G Drivers License
- Health & Safety training, an asset
- WHMIS training, an asset
