Vendo-Matic Food & Beverages Inc. is a company that has been in operation since 1989. Vendo-Matic represents a fresh approach to the vending industry. They are currently looking for a technologically savvy and customer service focused individual to provide full time marketing, sales and office support in an Office Manager role.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming phone inquiries and walk in customers
- Maintain and update online presence including, but not limited to website and social media
- Manage and update sales database
- Monitor inventory levels using online software
- Make introductory sales calls to prospective customers
- Perform day to day office routines
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and prior sales/marketing experience
- Above average computer and technology skills
- Own reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of Excel including creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Web design and social media knowledge
- Strong phone presence
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple team members
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
