Vendomatic is looking for a Full-time / Part-time Warehouse Associate in Beamsville, ON.  Vendomatic Food & Beverages Inc. has been operating since 1989 in the Niagara region and surrounding areas.  We are a full line vending, micro market and refreshment services company.  We service accounts in manufacturing, agricultural, retail, schools and public facilities. Our company provides the most advanced equipment and services to our customers. Warehouse experience preferred. Starting hourly rate will depend on experience. This position may develop into training for a full-time route driver position.

Duties:
  • Receive product from various suppliers
  • Rotate and store products by date
  • Read and determine customer order details
  • Pull orders for drivers
  • Load route trucks
  • May assist with inventory and ordering
  • Machine maintenance
  • General warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties
  • Assist with warehouse and office daily sanitizing
  • Pallet truck driving (if certified)
  • Driving company vehicles - clean driving record required
  • Daily communication with co-workers and management
  • Occasional overtime necessary as needed to meet the needs of clients
  • Cross training to cover co-workers
  • Must be able work independently as well as with team members
  • Fast paced and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Immediate negative Covid-19 test results and able to follow all CDC and local authorities PPE wearing requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ongoing Online Safety Training required
  • Comply, understand and support Vendomatic safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
  • For a safe environment, proficiency in reading and writing English language necessary
  • Can regularly and safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Can and will safely buddy lift anything heavier than 50 lbs.
  • Complete background check performed – must be bonded and or bondable
  • Must have a valid drivers licence and clean driving record
  • Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be at least 21 years of age in order to be given consideration
  • Basic computer skills (necessary)
  • Steel toe shoes required

Additional Details:

  • Part time hours available
  • 8 hour shifts available
  • Afternoon shifts available
  • Monday through Sunday shifts available
