In addition to the many fine wines produced here, Vieni Estates also offers traditional Italian-style grappas and spirits distilled from the many fruits of Ontario.
Currently, we are seeking a Retail Associate. This position offers part time hours. Candidate will also be required to attend some festivals and wine events when needed.
Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and wine enthusiasts
- Operate a cash register and process cash transactions
- Pour and serve wine for tastings
- Maintain stock and inventory
- Clean and maintain a safe working environment (sweep/mop floors and dust etc.)
Requirements:
- Some wine knowledge would be an asset
- Able to perform some light lifting (less than 50 lbs)
- Smart Serve Certified or willing to obtain
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Eager and willing to learn
