A small lavender growing seasonal farm operation, is seeking 2 part time farm workers to assist us with weeding, growing, harvesting, and caretaking of our lavender fields.
Days of work: 1-2 days a week, (Friday & Saturday)
Hours of work: 9:00 am – 4:00 p.m. (with 2×15 min breaks, one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon, and ½ hour lunch break)
Positions start immediately and run until July 14th, 2018
Duties:
- Planting
- Transplanting
- Weeding
- Maintaining
- Harvesting lavender plants
- Grass cutting
- General help
Requirements:
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Willing to learn
- Team player
- Previous farm experience desired
The position is ideal for a youth/student/worker looking to earn some extra money, who likes to work outdoors, in natural and peaceful surrounding.
