About our Farm: We are a Family fruit farm hiring 2-3 workers for the summer season (mid June – mid Sept)
We grow sweet cherries, peaches, apricots, plums and raspberries. Our fruit is premium quality, sold at local markets
Duties:
Variety of tasks during fruit harvest including
- Thinning fruit – peaches
- Picking fruit – cherries, peaches, apricots, plums, raspberries
- Packing fruit – working in the barn, pack fruit into a variety of containers for retail sales
Requirements:
- Experience not required, we will teach you as we go
- You must be reliable, hard working and willing to learn
- Must be able to work on a ladder when picking fruit
Season runs June – September
- Work in fresh air and sunshine
- Eat all the fresh fruit you like
- COVID safe outdoor environment
- Variety of tasks, learn about local farming
