Crown Plumbing & Heating
Crown Plumbing & Heating, a full service plumbing and heating contractor is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Clerk. This position offers part-time hours up to 25 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Receive all incoming telephone and electronic inquiries and redirect as necessary
- Process incoming and outgoing mail; manually and electronically
- Prepare work orders
- Process invoices and record in accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and type correspondence and other documents as required
- Complete payroll; process cheques and forward information to Revenue Canada
- Process bank deposits
- Complete monthly Bank Reconciliation reports
- OSSD or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience working in accounting
- Proficient in Windows Office, Excel, Simply Accounting (Sage 50), internet browser etc.
