A local flyer distribution company located in West Lincoln is seeking an Office Assistant 3 to 4 days per week. This position is available as a result of an upcoming maternity leave and vacation coverage for regular staff throughout the summer. This position offers part time hours, 8:30am to 5pm. Training will begin in May and position will last until end of August. There is potential for more hours based on performance.
- Answering telephone and redirecting calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Clerical work; data entry
- Other office duties as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must be organized and able to prioritize time effectively
