Zwart Systems requires a professional with passion, energy and initiative to join our Company as General Production Personnel. Zwart Systems is a market leader and specializes in the design, fabrication and installation of irrigation, humidification, filtration, wire forming and benching systems within the horticulture industry.
Duties:
- Assemble product, both mechanical and electrical, according to the process specifications
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Contribute to a team environment
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have a mechanical aptitude; enjoy working with parts, machinery and tools
- Experience measuring, die-grinders, disc-grinders, other hand and power tools in a production setting
- General knowledge of electrical components and assembly
- Must be resourceful and the ability to "think outside of the box"
- Able to work well under pressure in time sensitive situations
- Able to demonstrate problem solving skills
- Must be conscientious and have a good eye for detail to ensure that quality product is achieved
- Able to lift 50 lbs as necessary
- Forklift, Reach truck and Scissor lift experience
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Willing to learn and participate in training sessions
- Able to work independently or as a part of a team
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to perform other production duties as assigned and dictated by work demands
- Work within company procedures and safety protocols
- Must have your own transportation and safety footwear
