Zwart Systems is an industry leader in custom designed and installed irrigation systems and automation equipment of the horticultural market. We are currently seeking a results driven Sales Support Member for our team.
The individual in this role would provide support to our existing sales team. The potential for growth into a sales position is available for the right candidate. This key role requires the candidates to have greenhouse experience and is able to prioritize customer care and sales support. The candidate must be able to travel as dictated by business demands and is a condition of employment.
Duties:
- On site sales calls on behalf of Sales Staff as directed
- Direct and follow-up phone sales support as directed
- Monitoring e-mails of Sales Staff if, and when required
- Sending quotes on Sales Staff’s behalf as directed
- Conveying pertinent information from sales calls to Designers on behalf of Sales Staff as directed. Includes technical and customer site information
- Gathering technical site and customer information as directed
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction on behalf of Sales Staff as directed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Greenhouse/Horticultural experience
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Valid driver’s license, a clean drivers abstract is a condition of employment
