The Safe Food Handling Certification is a three-hour session that includes a two-hour material review and exam. You can study at your own pace prior to the training date. Certification is valid for 5 years.
Did you know: Establishments in Niagara are required to have a minimum of one currently certified food handler on the premises at all times while in operation?
